Can anyone get an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic?

I've been through several specialists in Detroit for what appears to be a vascular/circulatory problem. None have been able to diagnose me. My last physician said that "whatever you have is very rare and unusual" but he could not give me an actual diagnosis. Can I make an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic's vascular department on my own or do I need a referal from a physician?Can anyone get an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic?
