Well,doing things like "LeBron Appreciation Day" wont help.





Cleveland needs a good Head Coach and they need to surround LeBron with some players that wont fall fade away as the Playoffs begin.
You need to:

1) bring in another big player like Bosh, Wade, etc.

2) bring in role players that can play against the likes of Boston and Orlando

2) Hire staff personnel that he likes

3) Convince him that this time he really is going to get a ring

There really is nothing they can do. LeBron is out of there for good, Cleveland doesn't offer what LeBron needs, seeing as though he wants to be the best. What they needed was good coach and more defensive plays.
