If Cleveland takes Irving with the first pick they won't get Williams unless they traded up with Minnesota. However they could take Williams with the first pick to replace SF which is their weakest position and take Knight to be their PG of the future.Should Cleveland take Williams with the first pick and use the fourth pick on Knight?
