Under the Future Student/Undergraduate tab, a "simulated student" walks across the screen and talks about Cleveland State. Is that and embodied conversational agent, interactive agent or intelligent agent? I'm interested in recreating that technology.What program is used to create the "virtual student" on the Cleveland State University website?

That student is alive, it is video recorded by digital video camera on transparent background.
And upper right those pictures of students are made as flash videos.
What program is used to create all of that?
It may be Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium.
