What are good places to live in Downtown Cleveland?

I'm thinking of moving to downtown Cleveland and I am wondering what the best places are to live. I am willing to spend up to $750-$800/month.What are good places to live in Downtown Cleveland?
For that money you might not find much, but check Water Street Apartments or The Bingham Building. Otherwise check out near west side like Ohio City, Tremont, or Lakewood.
I used to live in cleveland, I am moving back. Honeslty, for $800 a month, you wont find anything downtown. If you live on the eastside ( Mayfield hts, Shaker, Warrensville) You can get a 2 bedroom apt for that amount, and more.

In Euclid and Willoughby( you can find an apartment for that amount also)

You can go to www.cleveland.com

and pull up rentals for houses and apartments. What are good places to live in Downtown Cleveland?
Personally if you're thinking of living in downtown I would wait until they are done building all the new apartment places downtown. Other people have given some pretty good answers like the Bingham, Chesterfield or even living a little bit outside of downtown in Ohio City. Best of luck to you.
It would be very tough finding anything in that price range downtown. Lakewood, Ohio City, Unversity Circle, all have great places to live, they are close by.
Hi...I've been all over Cleveland. Really, the best options would be Cleveland Heights, Tremont, Ohio City and also, Lakewood is a pretty good/cool place.

Good luck :)
