We are planning a small trip to Cleveland during my daughter's 5th birthday and we want to take her somewhere special for her birthday where they sing to you. This doesn't have to be a chain restaurant because we already live in a city with a lot of those. It can be somewhat fancy, but family-friendly. We are staying downtown, so the closer the better. Champps in lyndhurst does REALLY big things for birthdays. Closer to cleveland, Mama Santa's (Little Italy) has the best pizza ever and they make birthdays a big deal.

The Hard Rock Cafe in Tower City is good for kids and will do something special for a birthday.
