No, there aren't any dedicated, low-cost airlines serving this route (yet).



For mid-February roundtrip, cheapest I see with seats currently available is $139 round trip--total with all taxes and fees included. This is with Continental and are nonstop flights. Can be booked via http://www.continental.com -- I used Feb. 13 \ Feb. 19 or 20. Fare generally available for midweek departures in Feb., staying 6-8 nights. Next-cheapest is Delta at $160, but with a connection each way.
