I would like to take Amtrak into Cleveland Ohio but it arrives and leaves at odd times, like 1 am and 4 am. That would not normally be a problem, except that I live in Akron Ohio and have no other way to go to and from Akron except by cab. There is a high chance you will find a willing driver to take you, but don't rule out Greyhound, it may be cheaper for you to catch a bus up to Cleveland. Do a little research to find out which one is cheaper and quicker.
