I've seen the most homeless around Public Square and in the doorways of vacant buildings downtown. The poor and hungry are all over Cleveland... especially around East Cleveland at Harvard, Broadway, Superior, Noble.

I agree with the other 2 post, I see a lot of homeless people in East Cleveland too.
Downtown around the YMCA and churches.
