Why arnt the Cleveland Browns playing like they were in 2007?

As a Browns fan ive already lost faith 4 this season and Ive started 2 ask my self... y arnt the Browns playing like they were only 2 years ago? The 2007 Cleveland Browns had a real shot at making it 2 the play offs but here we r in 2009 and the playoffs look like a far off dream. Wth is goin on? And what do u think could fix the problem? Why arnt the Cleveland Browns playing like they were in 2007?
The Browns could easily fix the problem. It was a mistake bringing in Eric Mangini. That's where my favorite Jets went wrong. He can be an okay coach, but will never be one of the best under his style. So whenever the Browns can get rid of him, do it. Next, keep one QB... it's either Derek Anderson or Brady Quinn. Once one of those guys know that they have job security, they might play better. It's back and forth with the QB situation. Chansi Stuckey is going to be a great receiver in a year or two for the Browns, but they need to bring in someone else, maybe even Marvin Harrison, or anyone better who is available in free agency or the draft next year. They need more playmakers on defense, which they have no control over until the off-season. It's going to be a long 2 months for this team as they finish the year out.
BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KEEP ALL THE PLAYERS AROUND LONG ENOUGHWhy arnt the Cleveland Browns playing like they were in 2007?
Because they are the Cleveland Browns
because tony romos not their qb! i wanna suck on his penis so bad!
There was a power struggle between Romeo and the gm going into the last year. that's why 08 went bad, Not the team but front office crap that imploded everything from within. This one one word, Mangenius. he destroyed the jets and will now destroy the browns. It was said when he left the pats that he wasn't ready. He had stopped listening and learning. He believed he had all the answers.
