I'm sorry, but I don't know anyone off hand. When I needed the VCT tiles in my basement cleaned, my dad rented a floor buffer from Home Depot and did it himself. He had to buy the cleaners and buffing pads to use on the machine. The results were great! Maybe your local Home Depot can recommend someone who rents their equipment regularly.
