What is the best neighborhood near Cleveland to raise a family?

Might be moving to the area soon and I've looked at places like Shaker Heights and Westlake. From people living in the Cleveland area, what are the best neighborhoods to raise a family in (ie. schooling, crime, neighbors, etc...).

Thanks. What is the best neighborhood near Cleveland to raise a family?
westlake is a quiet and easy going area ..ive lived here all my life and the area is still a peaceful as it was 30 years ago shaker heights is a little rough and the school system isn't as good as it should be.
shaker is to expensive highest taxes in the state and the schools are bankrupt (go figure that one)

Parma, Beachwood (expensive though) Garfield), Mayfield, Lynhurst (personal fav even though i don't live their)What is the best neighborhood near Cleveland to raise a family?
Hudson is about 30-45 min. from Cleveland. There is nothing to do there and they have an excellent school system. Very little (petty) crime. Good place to raise kids.
stay where you are. there is no safer place than the place where you have spent almost 80% of your life. you even know all your neighbors, just stay
