Penn National Gaming will build a new casino in Cleveland. Has it been determined where yet? Has ground been broken?Where is the new Cleveland Ohio casino going to be located?
They're still deciding where Cleveland's Casino will be located.
Currently, the options are:
-The Higbee Building
-The East Bank of the Cuyahoga River, behind Tower City
-West 3rd St. Peninsula under the Lorain-Carnegie Bridge
-Scranton Rd. Peninsula
I've heard many people say that it will be the East Bank of the Cuyahoga River, behind Tower City, to make The Flats popular again. They want to break ground in the fall of 2010, so they better decide soon. The casino is suppose to open early 2012.
The casino is going to be built and ground broke at the same time as the medical mart they will be adjacent to each other, at the site of Burke lakefront airport. It should be exciting to watch these two structures rise together, and pull Cleveland into the next travel and entertainment mecca. NOT!!!!!Where is the new Cleveland Ohio casino going to be located?
The location has not been officially determined yet.
