Plato's Closet, but they have to be current trendy clothes. If they're vintage clothes, some of the thrift stores on Lorain Road (near Ohio City) will buy clothes. You would have to walk in and talk to them to see what they're interested in. Most people I know in the Cleveland area who want to sell clothes do so at garage sales or on ebay.
