What types of players would be wise for Cleveland to use its trade exception?

You have OJ Mayonnaise, Devin Harris, and Andre Igoudala.

I would go the Devin Harris route because Cleveland needs a good point guard since Ramon Sessions and Mo Williams are sh1t. They also need to find a team who is stupid enough to take on Jamison and Williams contract to clear cap room to bring in good players in the offseason. What types of players would be wise for Cleveland to use its trade exception?
they cant make good trades right now because they have players that r getting payed like superstars and r not superstars
4 example

Antawn jamison is getting paid a little over 13 million and there is no 1 in the nba on his level that gets paid like him

and mo williams is getting a little over 9 million and any team would do a trade 4 mo will want more from the cavs and give out less

so the cavs just need to be smart next year and try to get melo or a another consistent scorer or a star that would bring the spark back in the team and draft some 1 good
This may sound crazy but I would go with the person the longest possible contract. You don't want to get someone with 1 or 2 years left because I hate to be honest but Cleveland is not a hot spot for NBA players. They get someone with 1 or 2 years, they're going to be gone ASAP. I say get someone with 3 or more so that way at least you can have a star for a few years and hopefully Cleveland makes good draft choices, builds the team really strong and can convince the trade exception player to stay. What types of players would be wise for Cleveland to use its trade exception?
Because players have seen how bad they are without James no free agent or 1-2yr contract guy will stay. I think their only option is to get as many draft picks, plus some 1yr contracts to trade for draft picks. Then rebuild thru the draft. The young players will be so happy to be in the NBA %26amp; hungry to show what they got that being in Cleveland won't matter.
